Being in the present with the pyramid of Bolivia

Each week I meet with my colleagues and our teacher Dr. Maia Kincaid at Sedona International School for Animal & Nature Communication. One of my classmates asked if we could speak about the Pyramids in Bolivia. Besides the pyramids in Egypt, I had no knowledge about pyramids in any other part of the world. Dr. Maia Kincaid reassured, “We don’t need to know the name of the pyramid or where it is. Let us just take a little journey there.”
Excited to explore these pyramids, together we traveled telepathically to Bolivia and visited these Pyramids. Immediately I was standing in front of the pyramids when they spoke to me, as they were very much aware that I was in their presence. I felt peaceful and still.
Even though this place is super active and buzzing with the energy it still feels as if time has stopped and every inch of this place is in a meditative state. As I keep observing I hear a question from the pyramids, “Are you experiencing the present?” Surprised as I hear that I ask these pyramids, “What do you mean?” The pyramids continued, “Well, your dog gave a message to your colleague that you need to be more in the present and not spend so much time worrying about the future. So, are you acting on it?”
After a few minutes, the warmth and light were still present and I felt refreshed. The pyramids asked me to pay attention to my own body while they began to guide me through a meditation. During this meditation, I could feel every molecule in my body as it was breathing in and out completely naturally. They asked me to relax and just breathe. In just a few seconds I saw a beam of light above my head and below my feet. It felt as if this light was connected to something. I heard from the pyramids, “You are connected. As above as below!”
It was indeed very overwhelming to feel this beautiful connection and the sheer joy of just being in the present. It seems being in this place helped me get to the bottom of all this within myself. No worries, no unnecessary thoughts or overthinking. Just being in the moment.

We human beings miss experiencing inner peace and stillness as we oscillate between the past and the future. In that process, we trade our happiness and peace for worries and anxiety. Next time when you experience anxiety, stress, confusion or you are clogged with too many thoughts I highly recommend you connect with nature and experience peace, clarity, and love.
